Party Bus Rentals in Irving
Partybusesdallas.info is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier, and not a transportation operator. What that means for you is genuinely great news. Instead of calling six different Irving charter bus companies, describing your trip over and over, and waiting on callbacks that never quite match up, you fill out one form and instantly see different vehicles, packages, and rates from multiple transportation providers serving Irving and the rest of DFW — all in one place.
The network includes every vehicle type you'd actually need: 15-35 passenger minibuses, 25-passenger party buses, 40-56 passenger charter buses, 14-passenger Sprinter limos, and everything in between. No single fleet limits your options. You get a wide range of vehicles at different price points, and a support team is available every day at 214-396-1133 to walk you through them.
Whether your group is 10 people or 100, the right bus is in that network — and finding it takes about a minute.

Explore The Irving Charter Bus & Party Bus Amenities
Not every group trip calls for the same setup. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes with color-changing LED lighting, a premium Bluetooth sound system, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — exactly right for a bachelorette night through Uptown Dallas or a birthday crawl along Lower Greenville. A minibus trades the party amenities for reclining seats, climate control, and overhead storage, which makes it the smarter pick for corporate shuttles between a Las Colinas hotel and a Grapevine convention.
A full-size charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms — essential for a 90-minute run out to Fort Worth or a multi-day conference circuit across the Metroplex. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, so comparing options side by side on the same screen is the fastest way to land on the right fit. Call 214-396-1133 to talk it through.

Get Your Irving Party Bus Price Online
Irving party bus rental prices shift based on the vehicle type, the date, how many hours you need, and how much demand is in the market that weekend. A 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350/hour on weekends. Step up to a 30-passenger party bus and weekday hourly rates fall in the $300–$375 range, with weekend rates running $325–$425.
A 56-passenger charter bus comes in lower per seat — typically $200–$350/hour — because the cost spreads across a much larger group. Those are planning ranges to give you a ballpark; your actual quote for your specific date, headcount, and itinerary moves with demand.

Why Groups in Irving Compare Before They Book
The pitch is simple: you're not limited to one fleet. Partybusesdallas.info isn't a bus company — it's a comparison tool that pulls from a network of providers serving Irving and the DFW Metroplex, so you see multiple vehicle options and price points side by side instead of making five separate calls during business hours and hoping someone calls you back.
There's no account to create, no lengthy form to fill out, no obligation when you request a quote. You enter your trip details once — date, group size, pickup and drop-off — and see what's available. A support team is standing by at 214-396-1133 every single day if you'd rather talk it through, compare vehicles out loud, or put together a custom multi-stop itinerary.
That team handles questions on everything from DFW Airport commercial pickup lanes to AT&T Stadium bus parking, so you're not figuring out the logistics alone.
Big events in the Metroplex — Cowboys home games at AT&T Stadium, concerts at Dos Equis Pavilion, the Cotton Bowl on New Year's Day — spike demand fast. Partybusesdallas.info makes it easy to lock in your bus before availability tightens, without the runaround of calling around one company at a time.
Party Bus Rental Services in Irving
From DFW Airport transfers and Cowboys game-day shuttles to wedding guest shuttles, bachelorette nights, prom, corporate events, and school field trips — Partybusesdallas.info covers every occasion a group in Irving might need a bus for. Whatever brings your group together, there's a vehicle in the network ready for it.

Irving Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Irving sits directly between the two busiest airports in Texas, which sounds convenient until you're trying to coordinate a group pickup. Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) (2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261) sprawls across five terminals and nearly 27 square miles — Terminal A alone is a 20-minute walk end to end. Commercial buses and vans operate in designated pickup lanes on the lower level of each terminal's Departures/Arrivals roadway.
The single most important rule at DFW: do not call for the bus until the full group has bags and is standing curbside. The terminals are too spread out for a vehicle to hold the lane while stragglers are still at baggage claim. Read through the official DFW ground transportation page before your trip to confirm the current commercial lane assignments for your terminal.
For groups flying into Dallas Love Field (DAL) (8008 Herb Kelleher Way, Dallas, TX 75235), the airport is smaller and more compact, but the Mockingbird Lane corridor gets congested fast on busy travel days. A charter bus or minibus doing an Irving group transfer from Love Field avoids the scramble of splitting into multiple rideshares and keeps everyone moving on one timetable. Call 214-396-1133 to set up your DFW or Love Field group transfer.

Irving Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
An Irving bachelorette party has two natural directions: head east into Dallas's Uptown neighborhood, where McKinney Avenue clubs and Knox-Henderson bars run until 2am, or go full experience with a crawl through the Bishop Arts District in Oak Cliff. Both corridors are 20–30 minutes from most Irving hotels on a Friday night — which is fine until you're trying to get 14 people back across the Stemmons Freeway at 1:30am and surge pricing has every rideshare at 3x.
A party bus sized for your group — a 18-passenger or 25-passenger party bus — keeps the whole group together from the first stop to the last, with LED lighting and a sound system that means the night is already on before you pull out of the hotel parking lot. The Dallas bachelorette party bus page has more on planning your night. Weekend rates for a 25-passenger party bus run $275–$375/hour — call 214-396-1133 to lock in your date.

Irving Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Irving has one of the largest Latino communities in North Texas, and quinceañera season — spring through early summer — is one of the busiest windows in the party bus calendar. Celebration halls like Salón Esmeralda and the Adolphus Hotel in downtown Dallas fill up on Saturday afternoons, and coordinating a caravan of family members from an Irving neighborhood to a downtown reception and back is the kind of logistical tangle that ruins the mood before the first waltz.
A birthday and quinceañera party bus rental in the 20- to 40-passenger range solves it cleanly — one vehicle, one pickup, everyone arrives together. Sweet 16 groups heading to an experience night in Uptown or a dinner in the Design District can add a 15-passenger party bus for a more intimate group. White and black exterior buses are often available through the network for themed events; mention it when you call 214-396-1133.
Weekday hourly rates start around $250 for a 20-passenger bus — a quote for your date is a quick call away.

Irving Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The two biggest concert venues in the DFW area both sit close enough to Irving that traffic on SH-183 or I-30 on a show night can add 45 minutes each way. Dos Equis Pavilion (1818 First Ave, Dallas, TX 75210) holds up to 20,000 for amphitheater shows and sits inside Fair Park — a venue campus that routes all post-show traffic through a handful of controlled exits. Rideshare pickup queues there routinely back up 30–45 minutes after the headliner ends.
American Airlines Center (2500 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219) anchors the Victory Park entertainment district; the surrounding surface lots fill hours before doors open on major show nights, and the Victory Park garage charges a premium on concert evenings.
An Irving concert bus rental sidesteps all of it — your group gets dropped at the venue entrance and the bus handles the post-show pickup at a pre-set time, so nobody is standing in a rideshare queue at midnight. For summer amphitheater dates at Dos Equis, book at least 3–4 weeks out; the network gets thin on peak-season Saturday nights. Call 214-396-1133 to check availability for your show date.

Irving Corporate Event Transportation
Las Colinas is one of the most active corporate campuses in Texas — the Urban Center alone houses dozens of mid- and large-size company headquarters within walking distance of the Las Colinas DART station, and the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas (500 W Las Colinas Blvd, Irving, TX 75039) draws conventions and trade shows year-round. The challenge for planners is that the Las Colinas campus is sprawling enough that attendees staying at one hotel can be 1.5 miles from the convention entrance — a brutal walk in August, when Dallas-area heat regularly pushes past 100°F.
A corporate shuttle bus rental running a circuit between the Marriott Las Colinas, the Omni Mandalay, and the convention center entrance keeps your attendees on schedule without anyone wilting in the Texas heat or hunting for a parking spot in the Water Street garage. A 15-35 passenger minibus is the right size for most hotel shuttle loops; for large conventions moving 100+ at a time, a pair of 56-passenger charter buses on a timed circuit is the cleaner solution. Call 214-396-1133 to build the right package for your event.

Irving Private Event Transportation Services
Irving's event calendar runs hotter than most people realize. The Irving Arts Center (3333 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX 75062) hosts performing arts series and private events throughout the year, and the Mustangs of Las Colinas sculpture plaza at Williams Square becomes a gathering point for corporate receptions and private parties in the cooler months. For groups planning a multi-stop private event — cocktails at a Las Colinas hotel, dinner in the Design District, an after-party in Uptown — coordinating separate vehicles for each leg turns a fun night into a logistics crisis.
A private event charter bus or party bus in Irving runs on your itinerary, not a transit schedule. One vehicle, one price, and every stop is already planned — so you're not re-explaining the next destination to a rideshare app at 10pm. For groups of 40 or more, a charter bus with undercarriage storage is worth considering so nobody has to hold a gift bag on their lap for three hours.
Call 214-396-1133 to put together a custom route for your event.

Irving Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Irving ISD high schools — MacArthur, Nimitz, Irving High, and Ranchview among them — hold their proms between late April and mid-May, which is the same 4-week window every other Dallas-area school district is booking. Supply in the network gets thin fast. A 25-passenger party bus for prom weekend in Irving booked in February or March costs meaningfully less than the same vehicle booked in April — and the April version might not exist.
That's not a scare tactic; it's just how demand works in a metro with 50+ high schools all wanting buses on the same Saturday nights.
For homecoming, demand spikes again in October. Partybusesdallas.info makes it easy for parent groups or student organizers to compare vehicle options and check availability in one shot — no calling around. Visit the Dallas prom party bus page for more planning detail, or call 214-396-1133 right now and ask about current availability for your school's date. Book by January for spring prom. No exceptions.

Irving School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Irving ISD and the private schools throughout Las Colinas run field trips year-round to destinations across the Metroplex — the Perot Museum of Nature and Science (2201 N Field St, Dallas, TX 75201), the Dallas Museum of Art (1717 N Harwood St, Dallas, TX 75201), and the Fort Worth Zoo (1989 Colonial Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76110) are perennial favorites. Downtown Dallas parking for a full-size school bus is limited and metered; the Perot Museum validates for a limited period, and the DMA's bus staging area on Harwood Street fills early on popular school-visit days.
A school charter bus rental through the Partybusesdallas.info network includes vehicles with overhead storage for bags and lunches, PA systems for teacher communication on the road, and onboard restrooms on select coaches — which dramatically simplifies a 2-hour drive to Fort Worth. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; note the requirement when you request your quote. Call 214-396-1133 to check vehicle availability for your trip date.

Irving Sporting Event Transportation
Irving is the geographic center of DFW's professional sports corridor. AT&T Stadium in Arlington (1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011) is 15 minutes east on SH-183; Globe Life Field sits right next door; Toyota Stadium in Frisco is 35 minutes north on the Dallas North Tollway. All three venues share the same post-event problem: when tens of thousands of people leave AT&T Stadium simultaneously, the surrounding road grid on Collins Street and I-30 locks up for 60–90 minutes.
A sports charter bus rental from Irving means your group boards once, tailgates on the way, and the bus handles the exit — you're not stuck in that I-30 crawl because the trip is timed to beat the exit crush. Check the dedicated guides for AT&T Stadium bus rentals, Globe Life Field group transportation, and Toyota Stadium charter buses for venue-specific parking and drop-off detail. Cowboys home games sell out parking weeks in advance — call 214-396-1133 the moment your game tickets are confirmed.

Irving Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
The Las Colinas area is full of wedding venues that look stunning in photos and challenging in logistics — the Omni Mandalay at Las Colinas (221 E Las Colinas Blvd, Irving, TX 75039) sits on Lake Carolyn with limited surface parking for large guest counts, and venues like the Briscoe Manor in Richmond (about 45 minutes southwest on I-20) mean out-of-town guests are navigating unfamiliar Texas highways after an open bar. Neither scenario ends well without a shuttle plan.
A Dallas wedding shuttle bus running loops between the hotel block and the venue keeps your guests punctual, safe, and together — and takes one enormous variable off the wedding day timeline. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party separately with room for dresses and groomsmen without cramming everyone into one vehicle. For guest counts over 40, a 56-passenger charter bus on a timed circuit is the cleanest solution.
Weekend Sprinter limo rates run $225–$350/hour — call 214-396-1133 to build a complete wedding transportation plan.

Irving Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Texas wine country sits about 60–70 miles west of Irving along US-290 toward the Hill Country, with Driftwood and Fredericksburg wineries drawing DFW groups for weekend tastings. Closer to home, the Grapevine wine district — roughly 15 minutes north of Irving on SH-114 — packs more than 50 tasting rooms and wine bars into a walkable historic Main Street, and Grapevine's official tourism site lists events like the GrapeFest every September, one of the largest wine festivals in the Southwest, which draws 20,000+ visitors and turns Main Street parking into a genuine ordeal.
A Dallas winery tour party bus keeps the whole group together from the first tasting room to the last — no parking hunt at every stop in downtown Grapevine, no one playing backup navigator on the drive home on 114. A 20- to 30-passenger party bus is the right size for most wine tour groups; weekday hourly rates for a 25-passenger bus run $250–$350. Call 214-396-1133 to build your Grapevine or Hill Country wine tour itinerary.

Frequently Asked Questions About Irving Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybusesdallas.info helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.

The site lets you fill out one quick form and see pricing and vehicle options from multiple transportation providers serving your area — all in one place, with no account required and no obligation to book.

Compare vehicles, amenity packages, and rates side by side, then move forward with the option that fits.
If you'd rather talk through it first, call 214-396-1133 any day and a support team member will walk you through available options and build a custom quote.
How much does a party bus cost in Irving?
Irving party bus rental prices vary by vehicle, date, and hours needed. A 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350/hour on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus lands in the $250–$375/hour range depending on the day.
A full 56-passenger charter bus typically runs $200–$350/hour with costs spread across a much larger group — often the most cost-efficient option per person for large events. These are planning ranges; your actual quote depends on your specific trip details. Fill out the form or call 214-396-1133 for a quote in about a minute.
Where do charter buses park at AT&T Stadium?
AT&T Stadium has dedicated bus and oversized vehicle parking in designated lots off Collins Street and Stadium Drive. Lot assignments vary by event, and the Cowboys and stadium management publish updated parking maps before each game or event. Check the official AT&T Stadium parking page before your visit to confirm the current bus lot location and any approach-road closures.
The AT&T Stadium bus rental guide has more detail on the full logistics.
Can a bus drop off directly at American Airlines Center in Dallas?
Yes. American Airlines Center (2500 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219) has a designated commercial drop-off area on the Olive Street side of the building. The Victory Park neighborhood surrounding the arena has limited street parking that fills hours before tip-off or curtain on major events, so arriving by charter bus or party bus from Irving means your group gets dropped steps from the entrance while everyone else is circling the garage on American Airlines Center Drive.
Confirm current drop-off procedures on the official AAC parking and transportation page before your event.
How does a group bus pickup work at DFW Airport?
At DFW International Airport, commercial buses pick up from the lower level (Arrivals) curbside at each terminal — Terminal A through Terminal E each has a designated commercial vehicle lane. The critical step: have your group coordinator confirm the full group has bags and is assembled curbside at a single agreed-upon door before the vehicle is called to the lane. DFW is large enough that staging a bus at the curb while half the group is still at baggage claim in a different concourse creates real problems.
The official DFW ground transportation page has current commercial pickup lane assignments for each terminal. Read it before you land.
What's the best vehicle size for a Las Colinas corporate shuttle?
For hotel-to-convention center loops within the Las Colinas Urban Center, a 15-35 passenger minibus is typically the right call — it's maneuverable on the narrower service roads around the Irving Convention Center and can turn around in hotel drop-off loops that a full-size charter bus can't. For larger groups shuttling from multiple hotels simultaneously, a pair of minibuses running staggered circuits keeps wait times short and avoids the bottleneck of 80 people trying to board one coach at the same time. Call 214-396-1133 to size the right solution for your headcount and venue.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Irving trips, 3–6 weeks of lead time gives you solid vehicle selection and competitive pricing. For peak-demand events — Cowboys home games, GrapeFest weekend in September, New Year's Eve, and prom season (late April through mid-May) — that window compresses fast. Prom groups should book by January.
Cowboys playoff games can sell out available buses within days of the schedule being announced. The earlier you lock in, the more options you have and the better the rate. Call 214-396-1133 now to check what's still available for your date.
Popular Irving Party Bus Destinations
Irving and the surrounding DFW area give any group plenty of territory to work with. Below are six of the most popular destinations for Irving party bus groups — with the venue-specific logistics that actually matter when you're moving a crowd. Use these as a starting point for your itinerary, then call 214-396-1133 to build the full plan.

AT&T Stadium
AT&T Stadium (1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011) seats up to 80,000 for Cowboys NFL games and can expand to over 100,000 for major concerts and special events, plus hosts college bowl games and international soccer matches that pack the surrounding Arlington Entertainment District. SH-183 eastbound from Irving to Stadium Drive is the most direct route, but it merges aggressively near the Ballpark Way interchange on game days and can add 30–40 minutes post-event. Bus parking is in designated oversized vehicle lots off Collins Street; lot assignments vary by event.
Check the AT&T Stadium parking page before each visit. The detailed AT&T Stadium charter bus guide covers approach routes and drop-off logistics. Phone: (817) 892-4000

Globe Life Field
Globe Life Field (734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011) sits immediately west of AT&T Stadium and holds 40,300 for Texas Rangers baseball. The two venues share a parking infrastructure, which means a Rangers afternoon game and a Cowboys evening game on the same day — which happens several times each season — creates a compound traffic problem on Stadium Drive and I-30. Bus groups heading to Globe Life Field from Irving on a shared-event day should build an extra 30 minutes into the outbound timeline.
The Globe Life Field group transportation guide covers the current bus staging and parking areas. A 25-passenger party bus is popular for Rangers fan groups who want the tailgate energy from Irving without dealing with the Lot B parking lottery. Phone: (817) 533-1972

Toyota Stadium
Toyota Stadium (9200 World Cup Way, Frisco, TX 75033) is the home of FC Dallas and one of the premier soccer-specific venues in the country, with a capacity of 19,096 and a campus that also includes the National Soccer Hall of Fame. From Irving, it's roughly 35 minutes north on the Dallas North Tollway — manageable on a normal day, tighter on a weekend match night when the Tollway backs up approaching Warren Pkwy. FC Dallas home matches run March through October; playoff matches and national team events sell parking early. The Toyota Stadium bus rental guide has current parking and drop-off detail.
A minibus is a solid fit for FC Dallas supporter groups of 20–30 coming up from Irving. Phone: (214) 705-6700

Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas
The Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas (500 W Las Colinas Blvd, Irving, TX 75039) sits at the center of the Las Colinas Urban Center and hosts trade shows, corporate conferences, and city events year-round. The convention center sits adjacent to the Water Street development and within a half-mile of several major hotels — the Omni Mandalay, the Marriott Las Colinas, and the Westin Irving are the primary hotel blocks for convention attendees. The Water Street garage handles general parking, but it fills before large show days and charges hourly.
For conventions moving 200+ attendees between hotels and the main hall, a timed charter bus circuit is far cleaner than sending 50 people into the garage simultaneously. The venue's Las Colinas DART station connection also makes inbound transfers from Dallas hotels straightforward for groups not needing a private vehicle. Phone: (972) 252-7476

American Airlines Center
American Airlines Center (2500 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219) anchors the Victory Park entertainment district and is home to the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars. Victory Park has structured parking in the AAC garage on American Airlines Center Drive and surface lots off Olive Street, but the combination of a 19,200-seat arena at capacity and a full Victory Park restaurant and bar crowd on weekend nights means those lots fill 2–3 hours before tip-off on big matchups. Post-event, Olive Street and Victory Avenue both back up significantly.
The commercial drop-off zone runs along the Olive Street side of the building. Read through the official AAC parking and transportation page before your event for current lot and drop-off assignments. A 25- to 40-passenger party bus from Irving lands your group at the door while the garage queue builds behind you.
Phone: (214) 222-3687

Grapevine Historic Main Street
Grapevine's Main Street wine district (Main St, Grapevine, TX 76051) packs more than 50 tasting rooms, wine bars, and dining spots into a walkable 10-block corridor about 15 minutes north of Irving on SH-114. It's one of the most popular day-trip destinations for Irving groups — but on GrapeFest weekend every September, the largest wine festival in the Southwest, Main Street parking is effectively nonexistent for the duration of the event. The City of Grapevine runs shuttle service from remote lots during GrapeFest, but private bus groups can arrange direct drop-off on Northwest Highway near the festival entrance and avoid the shuttle wait entirely.
Outside of festival weekends, the Main Street parking lots fill by early afternoon on Saturdays. The Grapevine Texas tourism site has the full event calendar and festival logistics. A 20- to 25-passenger party bus is the right size for a Grapevine wine tour group from Irving.
